The Capital Regional District is looking for feedback on regional parks.
Residents have until Aug. 9 to participate in the survey.
The survey is available online. CRD park staff will also be at several parks this summer, including Roche Cove Regional Park, handing out surveys at various times.
“The survey will help us prepare a trail management plan for the Galloping Goose, Lochside and E&N Rail Trail – Humpback Connector,” said Larisa Hutcheson, general manager of parks and environmental services.
“The information we gather will provide insight into the public’s views on the management and development of these trails. We invite the public to share [their] experiences and insights with us.”
The CRD regional trail system comprises of more than 80 kilometres. The trails connect regional communities and green spaces, promote the use of alternative transportation, and provide opportunities for recreation.
