Celebrating the versatility of B.C. blueberries with zesty three-course menu

Fraser Valley foodies may want to take part in virtual cooking demo Friday night with Chef Dez

A virtual cooking demonstration with Chef Dez is on offer this week to celebrate the brilliance and versatility of B.C. blueberries.

Participants who purchase a meal kit gain exclusive access to the ‘BC Blueberries for Dinner‘ virtual cook-along with the popular Fraser Valley chef on Friday, March 12, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

“Although BC Blueberries are available in the freezer aisle year-round, it’s important to celebrate this local blue superfood and the special region where it’s grown.”

Learn some tricks and recipes during Blueberries for Dinner with some stellar artisan ingredients: a tasty flatbread with prosciutto, blueberries, goat cheese, a blueberry-bedecked salad, and luscious blueberry sauce for cheesecake.
