A public celebration honouring the lives of Brendan Wilson and Austin Kingsborough will be held on Thursday (May 16) at Langley’s Christian Life Assembly.
It will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., at 21277 56 Ave.
The pair, who were both 17 and attended Langley Secondary, went missing on April 21 after their canoe capsized on Nicola Lake near Merritt.
Their bodies were discovered on May 6.
Another memorial celebration event is scheduled for May 27 at the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre.
