Members of the Australian-based group Circa (front to back) Brittanie Portelli, Nathan Boyle and Todd Kilby perform one of their 46 circus routines in 45 minutes as the opening act in the Rotary Okanagan International Children’s Festival which kicked off Thursday. The festival runs until Saturday, which is family day.
