It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Downtown Chilliwack.
Yes, they know it’s early November.
A Hallmark Christmas production is set to start filming on Mill Street, Victoria Avenue and Wellington Avenue on Friday, with shooting on Monday as well.
So the brightly coloured seasonal decorations were all out on Mill Street by Thursday afternoon just before the snow started.
Downtown BIA executive director Kyle Williams said everyone is invited to patronize downtown merchants during the shoot.
“The overall impact on roads and parking should be minimal,” Williams said. “It will be business as usual pretty much for the downtown businesses.”
As usual, everyone is welcome to watch, the only request is that visitors be respectful to the crew.
