The second annual Vantage Point Classic Car Show drew in plenty of people. Families had fun checking out the classic cars, having a peek at the new East Kootenay Milestone Homes, catching a burger at the BBQ and taking a ride around the block on the CP Fun Train. “This year we had about thirty cars and one bike, ten of them were from locals here in the Valley, which was really cool,” says Allan Lingwood, Director of Planning and Implementation for Chatterson Drive. “We are really pleased with our new show homes, four of them are available immediately and four which will be available in September. This event was a great way to get the community together and having fun in Sparwood’s newest community. We are definitely hoping to do this again next year,” says Lingwood.
