It’s time to win tickets to the Sunfest Country Music Festival. But we’re going to make you work for the tickets.
We have a pair of weekend general admission passes for the Lake Cowichan-based festival, taking place Aug. 2 to 5, valued at $500.
Here’s how to enter: we want to see your very best Sunfest selfie.
Take a country-themed selfie and send it to: contests@comoxvalleyrecord.com. You decide the setup, costumes, props, etc. Let your creativity be your guide.
We will be accepting selfies until Monday, July 23 at 12 p.m. We will pick the top three photos, and post them to the Comox Valley Newsroom Facebook page (make sure to ‘Like’ the page), and readers can vote on their favourite by posting in the comments below.
The winner – based on votes – will be announced via Facebook Wednesday, July 23 at noon. The prize must be accepted as awarded and the winner will be notified via Facebook. Tickets must be picked up at the Record office, located at 407D 5th Street in Courtenay.
