New Canadians and newcomers to Kelowna can enhance their cooking skills while making some new social connections at the same time.
Central Okanagan Salvation Army and Kelowna Community Resources are offering Cuisine in the Kitchen, a six-week program which began last Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Participants will learn how to cook a number of different dishes, while meeting new people.
There is no cost but registration is required.
