The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the man found lying in Mill Creek a week ago Sunday likely did not die as the result of foul play.

“The B.C. Coroners Service and Kelowna RCMP continue to investigate this death. There is no evidence of foul play in Mr. Gunnarson’s death,” says a press release issued late Tuesday afternoon by Barb McLintock, BC Coroners Service.
