In a recent article summarizing the North Island Festival of Performing Arts, organizers regretfully missed a few Speech Arts award-winners from the Comox Valley. They include Sam Collins (Intermediate Observer), Amelia Helpard (Junior Observer), William Mitchell (Junior Observer) and Monique Collins (Primary Poet Award, 10 and under). Festival organizers apologize for the oversight.
