Nearly weds Sam and Cait King got married today on top of the second gondola at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The couple are from Mount Beauty, Australia. However, they met in Revelstoke at the bus stop several years ago. They were both staying at the hostel and ski bums. They kept in touch, eventually became a couple. Revelstoke Mountain Resort offered free weddings and vow renewals this Valentine's Day
Revelstoke Mountain Resort offered free weddings and/or wedding vow renewals outside the Mackenzie Outpost at the top of the second gondola.
The fifth annual event ran from noon to 2:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-wed basis.
Love birds also got cake and sparkling wine. Six weddings and six vow renewals were planned for the day.
