Police are investigating the scene at the coffeehouse in Cow Bay

Cowpuccino’s Coffee House was broken into overnight Jan. 24.

Prince Rupert RCMP received a call at 4:55 a.m. when the cafe’s security alarm was triggered. Police secured the scene for forensics to look for evidence on Jan. 25. V

ideo surveillance showing a suspect in the coffee house was recovered, and police are continuing to canvas nearby businesses in Cow Bay for more footage.

Corporal Devon Gerrits said they have a lead on a suspect.
