A 17-year-old Vernon boy was taken to Vernon Jubilee Hospital following a single-vehicle accident in Okanagan Landing Tuesday.
The youth was driving a four-by-four vehicle in the 9000 block of Tronson Road at around 7 p.m. when he veered off the road.
The teen was trapped in the vehicle and had to be removed from the four-by-four by emergency personnel using the Jaws of Life.
