About 30 members of Creston Valley Tai Chi groups, including Red Jade Martial Arts and Taoist Tai Chi Society, met in Millennium Park on Saturday morning to celebrate World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.
The multinational event sees about 60 countries joining on the last Saturday of April to educate about the health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, promote the traditional Chinese medicine and provide a global vision of co-operation for health and healing purposes.
