Just after midnight on March 13, an explosion was reported to Summerland RCMP. Investigation showed that a Western News box had been blown up, scattering debris 300 feet in all directions. The remnants of a pipe bomb were also retrieved.
Police are very concerned about this activity as someone could have been very seriously injured or killed. Before a tragedy occurs, Crime Stoppers and the police are seeking your assistance.
