Despite weather, Craft and Farmers Market goes on

The inaugural Castlegar Craft and Farmers Market went on despite the cold and wet weather.

The inaugural Castlegar Craft and Farmers Market was held today (Saturday) despite the cold and wet weather. There was about a dozen vendor booths selling everything from homebaked pies and baked goods to fresh vegetable plants to homemade doggy treats right to on-site haircuts.

The market goes every Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Castlegar Railway Museum parking lot.
