Kelowna RCMP are remaining tight-lipped on the discovery of a 47-year-old man whose body was found in a Black Mountain house Tuesday. Police have ruled the death a homicide.
Police are withholding the victim’s name pending notification of the next of kin.
They say they believe the dead man was the victim of a targeted incident at the Feedham Avenue home and there is no danger to the public.
No other information is currently released.

Kelowna RCMP have confirmed the discovery of a 47-year-old deceased inside a Black Mountain neighbourhood house is being investigated as a homicide.
The home where the body is discovered is on Feedham Avenue, between Loseth Drive and Oswell Drive, in the Black Mountain area in the eastern end of the city limits.
Details on the identity of the victim or the cause of death are being withheld by police, only saying the belief is this was a targeted murder and there is no danger to the public.
