Lake Cowichan – Okay, what happens to grass when it turns brown?
The politicians inform us that our lawns don’t die but instead go dormant. However, the municipality and school districts continue watering the playing fields in order to, and I quote, “avoid having to do costly replacements of turf in the fall”.
Doesn’t the grass on the playing fields go dormant after it turns brown?
