Downtown Abbotsford is ready and decorated with the annual Christmas tree lighting this afternoon.
The 25th annual event is being held at the corners of West Railway and Essendene Avenue, where the tree is located.
The event features fun and entertainment and an appearance from Santa and Mrs. Claus, who arrived at about 2 p.m.
An indoor artisan market and Dickens Christmas village display, hosted by the MSA Museum Society, ran Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2617 Montrose Ave.
