A 35-year-old New Westminster woman was banned from driving for 90 days and had her vehicle seized for 30 days, following a single-vehicle crash April 6 in Ocean Park.
Police say the driver of a red Chevy Blazer lost control near 24 Avenue and 124B Street just after 1 a.m. that morning. The vehicle went off the road and into a culvert, smashing the concrete structure.
The female driver, who was not injured, refused to provide a breath sample, Cpl. Drew Grainger said. She was issued a 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibition and her vehicle was impounded.
