Driver sent to hospital after truck crashes into ravine

Crash happened off Fraser Highway near Ross Road Saturday

A Jack's Towing crew worked to pull a Ford F-150 out of a ravine off of Fraser Highway Saturday afternoon.

A female driver has been sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after her Ford F-150 crashed down a ravine late Saturday afternoon.

Police, fire and ambulance crews responded to the call around 4 p.m. Saturday, according to Sgt. Judy Bird.

After the occupant was extricated, a Jack’s Towing crew worked to pull the vehicle up the muddy slope.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
