Driving south on Highway 97 from 100 Mile House, motorists will have to deal with compact snow and slippery sections to Clinton.

Continuing south on Highway 1; there is water pooling and limited visibility with fog from Spences Bridge to Jackass Mountain summit; and falling ice from Jackass Mountain summit to Yale.

Driving north from 100 Mile House, drivers are cautioned about compact snow and slippery sections to north of Quesnel.

It is snowing with slippery sections from Stoner to 10 kilometres north of Salmon Valley.

Additionally, late Sunday afternoon, Highway 97 between Prince George and Chetwynd experienced its first significant avalanche to reach the highway in more than 10 years.
