Drug tale unconvincing
The storytelling skills left a little to be desired.
Salmon Arm RCMP report that a kidnapping was reported at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 28.
A 47-year-old man from Kelowna contacted his father in Salmon Arm to say he had been kidnapped by drug dealers and needed money. Police subsequently located the son, who admitted to fabricating the story to get money from his father.
