A short traffic jam and impromptu parade atmosphere hit Belleville Street this afternoon following the arrival of the Coho ferry from Port Angeles carrying a load of classic 1932 Ford automobiles in town early for this weekend’s Northwest Deuce Days.
Locals and tourists stood along the road cheering and snapping photos as the classic cars were driven past.
The cars will be around town all weekend but the big event will be on Sunday when the ’32 Fords along with other classic autos will be on display along the Inner Harbour. More than 900 cars are expected to be on display.
