CANADA — Liberals in Surrey and Delta rode the party’s national wave to victory in Monday night’s federal election, with five of the six ridings going red in the 2015 federal election.
Many of the local Liberals beat out incumbents.
Former Surrey mayor Dianne Watts was the only Conservative candidate to nab a seat.
