Prince Rupert is seeing the first signs of election season with sections of the city covered in fresh blue signs.

Just overnight, a couple men were seen building setting up wooden frames along McBride Avenue. The work began on Sunday and in only a few days the Liberal candidate, Herb Pond, has made his mark on the city.
