Enderby RCMP are hoping the public can help them solve a theft.
Police received a report on Jan. 3 of a theft of a donation box at the Esso service station.
The suspect allegedly stole a box that was collecting donations to assist with funeral expenses for a three-year-old girl.
“A photo has now been received from the store video and forwarded to police,” said RCMP spokesperson Gord Molendyk, who released the photo Monday.
The Enderby RCMP are asking anyone who can identify the person in the photo to contact them as they want to speak to him in relation to the theft of the donation box from the Esso in Enderby.
The Enderby detachment’s number is 250-838-6818.
