A 29 year-old man has died following a head-on collision Friday night on Highway 1.
Port Mann Highway Patrol attended the collision on the freeway near 176 Street at around 8 p.m., where an eastbound pickup crossed the median and struck a westbound SUV.
The victim was the driver of the SUV. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to hospital for treatment.
Highway 1 was closed to westbound traffic for a couple of hours while police conducted an investigation.
