The Terrace RCMP responded to approximately 141 calls for service from October 2nd, 8 a.m. till October 6th, 8 a.m.
During the same time period, 21 people were lodged in Terrace cells – 15 of these people were lodged for intoxication.

Deceased 67-year-old man on Straume Ave.
Break and enter to an apartment on Sparks St. on October 2nd sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Two iPads, several DVD movies, medication, and a Gateway laptop computer were stolen. Under investigation.
Disturbance on Lakelse Ave. at a motel. Police requested the assistance of BC Ambulance due to the level of intoxication of a woman. Police arrested an 18-year-old man for breaching his undertaking condition of not to consume alcohol. He was held for court.
Two men shoplifted a bunch of items from Sport Chek. A second call was received that the same two men tried stealing from Canadian Tire. Under investigation.
A person saw his stolen bike being ridden by a man. The man rode the bike to a residence on Cramer St. Police attended and seized the bike and returned it to its rightful owner.
A blue Ford Explorer collided with a moose on Hwy 16/Copper River Rd. The moose died. No other injuries. The vehicle was towed.
A white 2010 Dodge Caliber hit the ditch on Hwy 16 near the 180 km mark. The driver was uninjured. Police suspect alcohol was a contributing factor.
An intoxicated man crashed his quad into a shop on a property on Queensway Dr. He suffered serious injuries. BC Ambulance transported the man to Mills Memorial Hospital.
A model 385 Husqvarna chainsaw was stolen from the back of a truck sometime last week.
A white Pontiac sedan parked sideways on an access road near the Copper River Motel. Police observed beer cans in the vehicle. It was towed and the registered owner was contacted.
A fight between three intoxicated men at the college. A 31-year-old man was arrested for breaching his undertaking condition of not to consume alcohol. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.
Police seized four suspected stolen bikes in good condition from a dumpster by the Husky gas station
A woman was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting. Police arrested the adult woman. She is banned from the store.
Police observed a group of people in the old Co-op building. A 38-year-old woman was arrested for breaching a condition of not to be outside of her residence if having consumed alcohol. She was held for court.
Break and enter to a residence on Churchill Dr. Two dogs are missing. Under investigation.
A father and son were arrested for shoplifting at Walmart. Police arrested the pair. Charges are being forwarded on the 33-year-old father.
Domestic dispute at the Safeway gas bar. Investigation led police to arresting the 18-year-old woman and charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.
Six iPhones were stolen from a business on Hwy 16. Under investigation.
An intoxicated group of people in a blue minivan at the Skeena Liquor Store. Police spoke with the uncooperative group. The vehicle was secured.
Domestic dispute. Police arrested a 26-year-old man for assault and breach of recognizance condition of not to be in the presence of person when having consumed alcohol. He was held for court.
Domestic dispute. Police arrested a 22-year-old man. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.
Assist Houston RCMP with a breach of Recognizance and parental abduction. Police pulled over a vehicle and arrested a 24-year-old man. A child was apprehended.
A big screech and huge crash was heard on Centennial Dr. Police observed a blue 2001 Chevrolet Silverado truck down a deep embankment and a seriously injured male ejected from the vehicle. BC Ambulance transported the adult man to Mills Memorial Hospital. Under investigation.
Break and enter to Mac’s Convenience Store on Hwy 16 east. The front door was smashed out with a rock. Cigarettes and food was stolen. Under investigation.
