The Big White Fire Department is hosting their sixth annual Rooftop Camp Out at Big White Ski Resort. This fun event brings the whole community together and continues to grow every year.
Last year, this fundraiser raised $8,000 for Powder Hounds Adaptive Snow Sports program. The goal this year is to raise $10,000 with 100 per cent of proceeds going to the THRIVE Program; a program designed to empower Youth Burn Survivors – provided by the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund.
Support the Big White firefighters by visiting them in the Village, where there will be lots of family fun every day including: music, games, an obstacle course, fire truck tours, a photo booth and hot chocolate.
The firefighters will camp out on the roof of the Kids Centre, in the heart of the Village March 3 to March 5.
