Penticton Firefighters were called to a fire at the Highland Motel on Friday (June 30) afternoon.
All occupants of the building have been asked to evacuate the building as smoke is still smouldering out of the east side of the building.
The road is blocked to traffic at Burnaby Avenue and Wylie Street
