Cottonwood Manor’s new units, service area, and storage space are slowly coming in to be installed. The two old independent living wings are being replaced by two units consisting of eight rooms each, for a total of 16 living quarters. Some rooms will be wheelchair friendly, and will be equip with a kitchen. Jan. 31, 2018 is the expected completion date for this project.
