Protect yourself and family from the flu this season

Free flu clinics for those at risk have started in the North Okanagan.

The first clinic is today at the Schubert Centre until 4 p.m. with the next one in Vernon Nov. 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Schubert Centre.

— Armstrong has a clinic Nov. 20 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Health Centre.

— Cherryville’s clinic is Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Cherryville Community Hall.

— Enderby also has one Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Enderby Seniors Centre.

— Falkland’s flu clinic is Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Falkland Seniors Hall.

— Lumby’s is at the White Valley Community Centre Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Vernon family flu clinics run on Nov. 24, Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 at the Vernon Health Unit by appointment only.
