Weather conditions have cancelled and flights out of the Penticton airport.
“Flights last night had cancellations because it had been snowing since the early evening. It is a bit too early to tell if some of the afternoon flights will be cancelled as well, but we are really encouraging people to check their flights online or by using the airline apps because updates will be provided there,” said Kerri Haybittle-Raffel, general manager of the Penticton Airport.

WestJet has issued travel advisories for those travelling to and from Nanaimo, Comox, Vancouver, Abbotsford and Victoria due to the winter storm system. WestJet flights arriving to Penticton are all showing on time, as are departures.
