The 2012 Paws for a Cause was held Sunday at Marina Park, with the walk getting things started in the morning. The event is a fundraiser for the Comox Valley SPCA, and at press time an SPCA spokesperson said the current count of monies raised was $12,000. Prizes for top fundraisers will be announced soon.
