Phyllis L. Joseph was given a one year suspended sentence and one year probation for failure to comply with conditions and paid a $500 peace bond.
Wilfred P. Prince was sentenced to one day in jail and credited for time served of 99 days in jail and given one year probation for assault.
Victor J. West was given an absolute discharge and charged two victim surcharges of $50 each for two counts of failure to comply with condition of undertaking or recognizance and given six months probation, six month conditional discharge and charged a victim surcharge of $50.
Frederick P. Williams was found guilty of failure to comply with condition of undertaking and given an absolute discharge.
Irvin K. Joseph was given a one-year suspended sentence, one year probation for assault causing bodily harm, and made to pay a victim surcharge of $50.
Darren P. Sutherland was given a six-month conditional sentence and one year probation and made to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for forcible confinement. Sutherland was also ordered to provide a DNA sample as well as given a ten year prohibition from owning firearms.
