Christopher Chiappe was found guilty of being unlawfully in a dwelling house and sentenced to 20 days in jail and 12 months probation. Chiappe was also sentenced to one day in jail and 12 months probation for breach of recognizance and one day in jail and 12 months probation for failure to comply with a condition of an undertaking or recognizance.
Jessi J. James was fined $1,500 and prohibited from driving for 18 months for operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
