Watch for slippery sections between Quartz Creek Bridge and Lanark Snowshed along Highway 1 just west of Golden, according to DriveBC.
Continuing west of that, avalanche control work is planned between Woolsey Creek Bridge and Hemlcok Grove Boardwalk, with a planned road closure until 5 p.m. MST. No detours will be available, moniter the DriveBC website for more updates.
DriveBC has nothing to report on Highway 1 heading east towards the BC/Alberta border, or heading south towards Radium along Highway 95.
