It was a successful afternoon for the Golden Secondary School Leadership Class, and the Golden Youth Action Group who organized the first Amazing Race.
Twenty-eight teams from GSS were running around town, completing various tasks to receive their next clue, and eventually get back to the school to be greated by Mayor Christina Benty.
The first team to arrive consisted of Finlay Freeman, Daniel Dahlin, Taylor McKeeman, Ian Desrosiers, Zack McLean and Wes Shimomoya.
