Grads ride B.C. Transit for free in June

Grads receive two days free of unlimited travel

Graduates from high schools around Greater Victoria are able to ride transit for free in June.

As part of B.C. Transit’s GradPASS program, grads will receive two days of free, unlimited transit travel during the month of June. Students simply scratch off their two chosen travel days on the card and show it to the bus driver. The card is non transferable.

The pass is part of a counterattack program first introduced in Vancouver in 1988. The Victoria Regional Transit System first embraced it in 1990.
