Langley resident Kelly Isbister has pleaded guilty to three of the 13 child molestation related charges against him.
Isbister pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual interference of a person under 16.
The guilty pleas, which took place Oct. 2 in Surrey Provincial Court, will save his victims from having to testify at a trial.
But it is likely that the more serious counts, including four counts of sexual assault, will be stayed.
The 42-year-old longtime Langley resident also faced charges of chid pornography and trafficking in a controlled substance.
He is scheduled for sentencing on Dec. 9 in Surrey. In the meantime, he was back in court briefly on Tuesday, accused of sexually assaulting someone while in jail. That offence is alleged to have taken place in June.
He is also scheduled to be in court today, charged with attempting to pervert/obstruct justice. That offence allegedly took place in June 2013.
