SURREY — A male, age and description unknown, showed up to Surrey Memorial Hospital on Saturday night with non-life-threatening wounds after an apparent exchange of gunfire between two cars on Saturday night.
At about 9 p.m., police heard there were multiple shots fired from two cars at each other in the 9500-block of 125th Street.
According to police who were on scene, one car drove away and the second car pulled into a driveway of a house in the 9300-block of the same street. No description of either vehicle has been given.
RCMP told a Surrey Now freelancer at the scene that several people from that house were arrested and, at the time, police were still sorting out the details.
No word on whether charges have been laid.
The Now attempted to contact Surrey RCMP several times on Sunday, but no comment had been given by the end of day.
