Reference your article Survey says : HandyDart not handy for all circumstances (Feb. 7) I would like to point out that the HandyDart is the best transportation a disabled person can get!

Here in the Comox Valley the service is efficient and on time: the drivers deliver a kind, helpful, and door- to-door service. Deana, our local dispatcher, is always most helpful in giving you the booking time you ask for.

During the last heavy snow- fall the HandyDart service was incredible!

I would like to say a big thank you to the dispatcher and all of the drivers.
