Jason Neufeld, 4, is one of the children at the Kiwanis Hilton Children’s Centre who will enjoy a new furnace in the new year thanks to the generosity of individuals and organizations in the Alberni Valley.
The centre put out a call for help in November after its furnace suddenly quit.
An article that ran in our Dec. 18, 2014 edition misidentified Jason as another child at the children’s centre. The News regrets the error.
