The long-awaited announcement with details on the new BC SPCA facility in Castlegar… will be a little longer awaited.
Thanks to the recent dumps of heavy snow, dignitaries will not be able to travel to the region before Wednesday’s scheduled announcement.
Tricia Leslie, marketing communications officer with BC SPCA, said in a release that the announcement will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
