There is a travel advisory just west of Golden headed towards Revelstoke along Highway 1 between MacDonald Snowshed and Lanark Snowshed. Due to power failure, there is poor visiblity in the snowsheds as the lighting systen us down. Technicians are working on a repair.
DriveBC reports slippery conditions along Highway 1, extending towards Revelstoke between Woolsey Creek and the East Boundary of Mount Revelstoke National Park.
Heading west, there are similar slippery road conditions caused by slush from Beaverfoot Rd to the B.C./Alberta border.
On Highway 95, there are slipper sections between Golden and Radium.
