Holiday Park Resort’s 2016 gardening competition was a huge success for the second year running, with an array of brilliant garden displays in three categories.

Over 60 people attended the windup gala Saturday July 30, when gardeners were presented with awards and applauded for their enthusiastic efforts.

The volunteer organizing committee extends appreciation and thanks to Holiday Park Resort, the judges, all participants in the competition, and they’re already looking forward to next year’s event.

Glen Marth won best vegetable garden while Dick Elliott won outstanding curb appeal and Len and Daryl Bosch won most lovely site.
