The average selling price of a house in Greater Victoria in January ($603,401) dropped $40,000 below December’s average price.
However, the median price for a single-family house increased between December and January to $576,000.
The average selling price of a condominium in the region increased from $301,671 in December to $323,002 in January.
The median price of a condo also increased from $285,000 to $293,000 in January.
