The Prestige Resort was packed full of excited children on Saturday morning as the third annual Breakfast with Santa fundraiser took place.
For a cash donation, or a donation of food items, people could come in, eat a hot breakfast and take part in a number of games, activities and prize give-aways.
Entertainment included music and the Heritage Harmony Barber Shop Chorus.
Cadyshack Promotions was on hand to host A Christmas Carnival for the kids to play.
Last year’s event raised close to $2,500 in cash and food and organizers expect this year’s to surpas that amount.
All proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Nelson Food Cupboard and the Nelson Real Estate Fund@ the Osprey Community Foundation. (For more details on the fund, visit (liveinthekoots.com).
