Ildzi located safe in Edmonton

Greywolf Dancingman Ildzi (pronounced ild-zee) has been located  in the Edmonton area.

Ildzi, who was previously known as Darren Cunningham, was reported missing approximately two weeks after he was last seen at approximately 10:15 a.m., April 26, 2011 in the Red Bluff area of Quesnel.

Ildzi, who resides in Hobbema, Alberta had been in Quesnel visiting.

He was reported missing by family members who have not heard or seen from him since.

Ildzi was last seen driving a four door maroon 1993 Oldsmobile Achieva bearing Alberta license plate BCM6053 and may be heading to Alberta – possibly Edmonton or Hobbema.

Inquiries were made with family, friends and places he is known to frequent, all with negative results.

Quesnel RCMP and the Ildzi family thank the public for their help in locating Ildzi.

Bail hearings:

Bail hearings have been slated for James Darren Peacock and  Kelly Edward Champagne this Friday.

Peacock and Champagne are facing charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of proceeds of crime and breach of conditions from an incident in April.

Also arrested was David George Massey.

Massey’s bail hearing is slated for July 28. His common-law wife was also arrested and is now out on a $50,000 surety.

April 12 RCMP arrested the men at a strip mall in downtown Quesnel.

Two kilograms of cocaine and a very large sum of cash were seized from two vehicles.

Immediately following the arrests, RCMP Drug Enforcement officers obtained warrants on a home and four businesses in Quesnel.

Several rifles, two handguns, a large cache of ammunition, body armour, two tasers and another large sum of cash were seized.

Two of the rifles are stolen and one of them was loaded with prohibited magazines that RCMP said presented a serious risk to the public.

Stolen property, RCMP estimate to be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars was also seized including a one ton flat-deck truck, excavator, tractor, and other machinery.

Fraud:

Austin George Smith, charged with fraud over $5,000, is slated for a preliminary inquiry in Quesnel provincial court, June 21.

The charge is the result of an investigation into missing funds from the Quesnel Lacrosse Association account.

Smith has also been charged with, utter forged document and committing forgery.

The charges are in relation to offences allegedly occurring between Jan 1, 2008 and March 11 2009.
